Aims and Scope
Cultural Arts Research and Development is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing research at the intersection of cultural studies, visual and media culture, and digital humanities. The journal provides a scholarly platform for critical, theoretical, and interdisciplinary investigations into cultural and creative practices across diverse historical and global contexts.
CARD focuses on how literature, art, and emerging digital forms both shape and reflect cultural representation, identity, and transformation in contemporary societies. It particularly encourages research that integrates traditional humanities scholarship with digital technologies, creative media, and evolving artistic practices.
